Requirements
The ITAC EHS Program Administrator is responsible for the administrative functions of the company’s EHS Programs and must exemplify our Core Values, contributing to the culture, growth, and performance of the entire company. Key areas of responsibility include but are not limited to keeping EHS program information up to date, collecting and distributing training records, maintaining EHS program information such as office emergency response plans and procedures, scheduling and coordinating EHS training classes for current employees, providing EHS information to proposal and business development requests, and workshop attendance, orientations and injury reports are entered and recorded effectively. Flexibility, resourcefulness, and adaptability to the changing needs of the EHS Team and the Company they support are essential qualities of the EHS Program Administrator.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Embrace ITAC’s Core Values in all aspects of the job.
- Collect and enter training records and data into ITAC data management programs.
- Schedule training for current employees as they approach expiration and ensuring proper records are maintained.
- Organize the delivery of new hire orientations and new hire Safety Absolute training.
- Manage the EHS Information dashboard – KPA and other programs to track and record training, observations, and related data.
- Complete Business Development (BD) EHS information requests, managing on-line safety prequalification web sites and assist as needed in providing EHS information to Business Development staff.
- Provide administrative support for Driver Safety and Fleet Safety efforts.
- Maintain EHS statistics, both leading and lagging indicators.
- Provide various reports to the Director of EHS.
- Assist in the rollout of new EHS policies and support materials, document reviews and distribution.
- Function as the Communications hub for the EHS team
- Manage updates and communications concerning Manuals and related policies.
- Assist the EHS team administratively as needed in special projects and tasks.
- Coordinate and organize support for training workshops and team functions.
Work Environment
Primarily and office environment. When site and project visits occur, the following environmental/atmospheric working conditions are could be present. The actual conditions will vary.
- Machines, tools, heavy equipment, dirt, grease, noise, chemicals, solvents, dust, fumes, and other contaminants.
- Exposure to weather conditions.
Experience/Education
- Strong computer aptitude, including fluency with MS Office; PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio. Adobe applications and Office 365.
- 3+ years administrative experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills a must
- Valid Driver’s License and ability to drive to project sites.
Certifications and Training Qualifications – Preferred
