Data Tagging Executive - Night Shift

Roles and Responsibilities

• Deliver work with 100% accuracy, ensuring all processed data meets quality standards.
• Achieve the required daily productivity and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) as defined by the project.
• Be responsive and maintain timely communication with Team Leads and other stakeholders during assigned shift hours.
• Demonstrate diligence, reliability, and commitment by consistently meeting client deliverables within agreed timelines.
• Take ownership and accountability for the quality, accuracy, and timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Be willing to work night shifts on a regular basis and maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Adapt quickly to changing client requirements, processes, and business priorities.

Minimum Qualifications / Skills Required

• Graduate or currently pursuing graduation.
• Comfortable working night shifts as per business requirements.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Gmail.
• Good written communication skills and attention to detail.
• Adaptable, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote environment.

Minimum Hardware & Infrastructure Requirements

Laptop

• Minimum Intel Core i3 processor (or equivalent)
• Minimum 4 GB RAM (8 GB recommended)

Internet

• Stable broadband connection with a minimum speed of 20 Mbps
• Reliable connectivity throughout the assigned shift

Power Backup

• Uninterrupted electricity backup (UPS/Inverter) to support continuous work during power outages

Work Schedule

• This is a night shift role.
• Candidates should be comfortable working overnight hours, including weekends or rotational schedules, if required.
• Flexibility to accommodate shift changes based on client requirements will be expected.
