Data Entry Clerk ( 100% Remote) - Entry Level

We are looking for someone who is motivated, thrives in a business atmosphere, and enjoys working as a part of a team. The ideal candidate for this position is detail oriented, focused, organized, and able to provide superior customer service.Responsibilities:Processing a high volume of orders on a daily basis with an understanding of specific requirements for each order/customerReviewing orders for accuracyProviding customers with timely responses to questions on order status, tracking, and other general inquiriesManaging online customer orders and associated data via EDI portalsGenerating internal reports to sales and production teamsRegularly communicating with the warehouse to ensure customer satisfactionInvoice orders daily, weekly, and as neededSupporting sales and marketing team as neededHandling other general office duties including being able and willing to successfully rotate tasks within the department as needed Requirements:High degree of proficiency and proven past experience in the areas of data entry using software, online portals, spreadsheets, etc.Previous experience with ERP softwareProficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe AcrobatExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAttention to detail and excellent time management skillsExperience in a customer service and order processing environment preferredWork in person in an office setting with sitting, standing, walking, answering the phone, using computers, and lifting office boxesAbility to follow written, audio, visual, and verbal directions.Masks may be required in common areas pending current local health department guidelinesClock in/out on Browser based time clockAttendance PolicyDrug and Alcohol PolicyCommunication Policy Benefits·         Excellent weekly pay·         Safe work environment·         Multiple shifts are offered from early morning to night and no experience is required.·         You will have ample opportunity for growth·         Part-time offered - pick the days you wish to workA commitment to promote from within
