As a Data Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data solutions that support data generation, collection, and processing. Your day-to-day activities will include creating data pipelines, ensuring data quality, and implementing extract, transform and load processes to migrate and deploy data across various systems. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions to problems within your immediate team and across multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and optimize scalable data pipelines to support complex data workflows and analytics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data solutions that meet business requirements.
Analyze and troubleshoot data issues to ensure accuracy and reliability of data assets.
Support and mentor less experienced colleagues by sharing knowledge and best practices.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of data engineering processes and tools to enhance overall team performance.
*This role requires working onsite with the client 3 days per week in Jersey City, NJ, Addison, TX or Charlotte, NC*
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of work experience as a highly skilled engineer with strong data engineering, integration, and automation experience
Deep proficiency in SQL, Python, Java, and PowerShell, with ability to extract, transform, and operationalize data across multiple platforms
Knowledge of Genesys Cloud, NIC Call Recording, Nexidia Interaction Analytics, NICE IEX Workforce Management, APA, Robotic Automation and Symon Korbyt Wallboard technology
Associate Degree
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced proficiency in SQL Data Analysis is recommended
Advanced proficiency in Java Software Development, API Integration, and Data Visualization is suggested
