Job Description
Role: Data Analyst
Location: Remote PST hours preferred
Duration: 12 months- likely to extend
Required Skill: SQL (Electric Utility Scada)
Day to day responsibilities:
- Capture requirements in JIRA, Azure DevOps or HP ALM
- Create test cases
- Maintain Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM)
- Validate test success
- Coordinate UAT, as needed
- Supporting initiatives for data integrity and normalization
- Assessing tests and implementing new or upgraded software and assisting with strategic decisions on new systems
- Generating reports from single or multiple systems
- Troubleshooting the reporting database environment and reports
- Evaluating changes and updates to source production systems
- Training end users on new reports and dashboards
- Providing technical expertise on data storage structures, datamining, and data cleansing
Required skills:
- Requirements gathering expertise in digital transformation projects
- Expertise in JIRA, Azure DevOps or HP ALM
Desired:
- Experience in Electric Utility
