Job Description
As a valued colleague on our team, you will provide expert advice to and guide the team in building, developing, or designing functionality for a product, as well as guide and ensure the ongoing implementation, enhancement, or maintenance of existing products.

The Capital Markets - Product Management - Lead Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:
- Solve problems in ways that create Value (users choose to use it) and are Viable (serve the business).
- Lead Discovery of Customer Needs for Product.
- Leads the definition of the entire product that gets built.
- Contributes to defining Key Results.
- Support development of the design strategy for new products.
- Act as team lead on implementation process for new products.
- Identify opportunities for product improvements.
- Lead team members on the product lifecycle and ongoing maintenance.
- Ensure product strategy is in alignment with business objectives.
Qualifications
THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
Minimum Required Experiences
- At least 4 years of relevant product management experience.
- Experience Working with designers and technology to address usability and feasibility.
- Learns customer jobs, pain points, aspirations and builds hypotheses around key problems to solve.
- Skilled at leading Discovery of Customer Needs for Product.
- Skilled at defining defining and evolving your user’s journey through your product by building a simple model that tells your user’s story.
- Understands the "need for speed' and slices valuable outcomes for the business in a way that can be rapidly delivered.
- Expert communication that is strong in story telling & evangelizing the Product Vision.
