Executive Assistant to CEO (Hybrid)

We are seeking an extremely organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our CEO. The Executive Assistant will serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the CEO.
This is a hybrid role requiring residence in the Atlanta Metropolitan area with the ability to commute to our Alpharetta office at least once weekly.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage CEO's professional and personal schedule, calendar, and travel arrangements. Proactively schedule meetings, conferences, and speaking engagements. Make travel arrangements and manage travel itineraries.
- Handle all incoming emails, messages, and requests on behalf of the CEO. Respond, redirect, or flag emails requiring CEO input. Maintain thorough email documentation to enable consistent future responses.
- Manage CEO's Slack account. Respond to messages, delegate requests to appropriate team members, and escalate priority items to the CEO.
- Handle administrative tasks including arranging payments, cancelling services/subscriptions, and making phone calls on the CEO's behalf.
- Work closely with the CEO to ensure they are well-informed of upcoming commitments, responsibilities, and deadlines. Follow up on progress to completion.
- Book meetings, conferences, speaking engagements, and other events for the CEO. Manage CEO's calendar to optimize time.
- Maintain utmost professionalism, discretion, and strict confidentiality when dealing with sensitive company information.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in administrative roles supporting c-suite executives.
- Currently reside in the greater Atlanta metropolitan area with the ability to reliably commute to our corporate headquarters in Alpharetta, GA at least 1 day per week. Willingness to commute more frequently may be required based on business needs. Candidates must be comfortable working from home 4+ days per week and traveling occasionally for meetings or events.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Strong planning and time management abilities and the capacity to organize and coordinate multiple projects concurrently.
- Competency in Google Calendar, Gmail, Google Docs, and other productivity tools, with the capability to learn new software and systems quickly.
- Adaptable team player eager to do what it takes to get the job done; flexible and welcomes a challenge.
- Dependable and reliable in meeting commitments and integrity in handling confidential information. Displays maturity, professionalism, and sound judgment.
- Poised and level-headed with the ability to receive constructive feedback objectively and make adjustments accordingly

Compensation
- Base salary of $42,000 - $52,000 annually
- Performance bonuses based on targets & KPIs
- Bi-annual salary review and negotiation.
- Full Health, Vision, and Dental Benefits when it becomes available to the company. (We're currently in the process of setting this up)
