Full speed.</strong></p><p>Whether people and businesses are sending money to another country, spending abroad, or making and receiving international payments, Wise is on a mission to make their lives easier and save them money.</p><p>As part of our team, you will be helping us create an entirely new network for the world's money.<br/> <strong>For everyone, everywhere.</strong></p><p>More about <strong><a href="https://wise.jobs/our-mission">our mission</a></strong> and <strong><a href="https://wise.jobs/what-we-offer">what we offer</a></strong>.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>We’re Looking for a FinCrime Process Improvement Project Manager to join our FinCrime Continuous Improvement team in Budapest</p><p>As a FinCrime Process Improvement Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in discovering, analyzing, and improving our processes within FinCrime operations domain.</p><p>Key responsibilities:</p><ul><li><p>Leading in-depth analyses to identify process inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.</p></li><li><p>Developing high-complexity solutions that align with organizational goals.</p></li><li><p>Conducting root cause analysis to provide actionable insights into operational challenges.</p></li><li><p>Identifying high-impact improvement opportunities and creating compelling business cases for change.</p></li><li><p>Applying structured problem-solving methodologies to enhance workflows and reduce inefficiencies.</p></li><li><p>Managing improvement projects and ensuring smooth adoption of change.</p></li><li><p>Evaluating the business impact of changes and assessing post-implementation results.</p></li><li><p>Developing and maintaining subject matter expertise in one or more operational areas.</p></li><li><p>Partnering with cross-functional teams to align priorities and deliver outcomes.</p></li><li><p>Utilizing analytical tools to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.</p></li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li><p>5+ years of experience in process engineering/design, process improvement, business operations or a related field.</p></li><li><p>Proven experience in leading Agile cross-functional projects or initiatives within complex organizations.</p></li><li><p>Expertise in problem-solving methodologies such as Design Thinking, Theory of Constraints, A3 Problem Solving, or Lean Six Sigma is a strong plus.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in visual storytelling techniques (e.g., process mapping, journey mapping, data visualization) to communicate insights and drive decision-making.</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with operational domains such as Fincrime and potentially KYC.</p></li><li><p>Experience in a highly regulated environment is a strong plus. </p></li><li><p>Experience with tools and platforms used in operations (e.g., Zendesk, Twilio, Looker, Superset) is a strong plus. </p></li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong>Here’s what we offer:</strong></p><ul><li>1 150 000 to 1 510 000 HUF monthly gross + Restricted Stock Units package.        </li><li><p>Professional development: Access to mentorship and guidance from senior leaders, opportunities to refine your project management and data analysis skills, and participation in continuous improvement initiatives.</p></li><li><p>Collaborative environment: Work closely with cross-functional teams, building strong relationships with various stakeholders across the organisation.</p></li><li><p>Impactful work: Lead projects that drive significant improvements in our processes, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of Wise.</p></li><li><p>Supportive culture: Be part of a team that values open communication, collaboration, and continuous improvement, ensuring that new processes are understood and embraced.</p></li><li><p>Innovation and autonomy: The opportunity to independently lead and manage projects, contributing innovative ideas and solutions to drive our business forward.</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Apply by submitting your <strong>CV and cover letter responding to the question why you would like to join the team. </strong></p></li></ul><p>For everyone, everywhere.
