We encourage innovation and movement, collaboration and problem-solving, and foster an environment where everyone can feel they belong, are valued, supported and empowered to succeed.</p> <p>If you’re a collaborator who wants to help transform how businesses operate globally, get in touch - we’d love to discuss how Ebury can accelerate your career so you can shape the future.</p></div><p><strong>Data Analyst - FCC Reporting</strong></p> <p><strong>Location: Málaga or Madrid (Spain) - Hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home per week</strong></p> <p>Ebury’s strategic growth plan would not be possible without our <strong>Data Analytics & Compliance team</strong> and we are seeking a<strong> Data Analyst </strong>to join our Regulatory FinCrime Compliance domain!</p> <p>Our data mission is to enable effective risk detection, monitoring and regulatory compliance through robust data models, scalable analytics and high quality reporting. </p> <p>The team works closely with Compliance, Risk and Product to design and implement data-driven controls, detection mechanisms, and investigative tools across multiple jurisdictions.</p> <p>Projects range from building curated data models to cover global key risk indicators for financial crime compliance and automating into standardised board packs, to scaling our regulatory reporting engine to incorporate datasets specific to transaction monitoring, screening and client KYC.</p> <p><strong>As part of the team you will </strong> </p> <ul> <li>Design and maintain <strong>data models and datasets</strong> used for transaction monitoring, customer risk scoring, and financial crime investigations.</li> <li>Own end-to-end delivery of <strong>FinCrime analytics solutions</strong>: requirements gathering, data extraction, transformation, validation, and deployment. </li> <li>Develop and optimise <strong>detection logic and monitoring rules</strong> (e.g. transaction monitoring scenarios, anomaly detection, behavioural patterns).</li> <li>Perform <strong>data quality checks and controls</strong> to ensure completeness, accuracy, and auditability of FinCrime datasets.</li> <li>Build <strong>dashboards and analytical tools</strong> (Looker / Looker Studio or similar) for monitoring risk exposure, alerts, and investigation pipelines.</li> <li>Support <strong>regulatory and internal audits</strong>, providing traceability of data, methodologies, and controls.</li> <li>Contribute to the <st
