The Patternmaker will be responsible for translating design concepts into accurate production-ready patterns that ensure proper fit, quality, and consistency. This role works closely with designers, technical designers, and sample makers to support product development from concept through production.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Create, modify, and grade patterns based on design sketches, specifications, and fit requirements</li> <li>Develop first patterns, prototypes, and production patterns for various garment categories</li> <li>Collaborate with designers and technical teams to ensure design intent, fit, and construction are achieved</li> <li>Conduct and participate in fit sessions; make pattern corrections based on feedback</li> <li>Ensure patterns are production-ready and meet quality, cost, and timeline standards</li> <li>Prepare and maintain accurate pattern documentation, measurements, and specifications</li> <li>Work with sample makers and factories to resolve fit or construction issues</li> <li>Digitize, update, and manage patterns using CAD software</li> <li>Support grading and size consistency across size ranges</li> <li>Maintain organization of pattern libraries and version control</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Proven experience as a Patternmaker in apparel or related industry</li> <li>Strong understanding of garment construction, fit, and textiles</li> <li>Proficiency in patternmaking software (CAD) and/or manual patternmaking</li> <li>Ability to interpret design sketches and technical specifications</li> <li>Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills</li> <li>Strong communication and collaboration skills</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines</li> <li>Degree or certification in Fashion Design, Patternmaking, or related field</li> <li>Experience with both woven and knit garments</li> <li>Knowledge of grading rules and production processes</li> <li>Experience working with overseas factor
