Essential Job Functions (In addition to those of Distribution Associate II): 

Commitment to Safety

• Demonstrates a strong commitment to maintaining a safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.

• Promotes a culture of safety within the organization by leading by example and encouraging others to prioritize safety.

• Promptly reports any safety incidents or near-misses to the appropriate personnel and contributes to the investigation process.

• Active participation in safety-related programs and initiatives is required as necessary. This includes involvement in the safety committee on a rotating schedule, as well as participation in Risk Assessments, Exposure Hunts, department inspections, and change management activities.

• Ability to work overtime as required or requested

• Full time presence required

• Transfers product between buildings on campus

• Regularly performs local deliveries

• Plans space requirements

• Prioritizes movement based on operational needs

• Verifies Quantity, lot number, Heat treated pallet and QC approval before moving product. Notifies originating department of discrepancies.

• Communicates with various stakeholders on campus to verify movement or obtain documentation

• Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned by supervisor

• Must have valid Driver’s license, clean record and able to obtain DOT certification

• Other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications (In addition to those of Distribution Associate II):

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Demonstrated effective organizational skills

• Demonstrated understanding of relevant computer software and mobile technology

• Demonstrated ability to solve problems and offer solutions

• Accuracy
