This role focuses on ensuring excellence in prospecting strategies, analyzing performance metrics, and contributing to the evolution of the AUTODOC-Pro concept while supporting the subsidiary's overall performance.</span></p><p></p><p><b><span>Responsibilities:</span></b></p><p></p><p><b>1. Leadership and Team Management</b></p><ul><li><p>Lead and manage a team of 8–10 BDRs, ensuring their growth and success.</p></li><li><p>Oversee recruitment processes and support onboarding for new team members.</p></li><li><p>Identify training needs, propose development plans, and maintain high team morale.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate schedules and manage team logistics to ensure smooth operations.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>2. Performance and Development</b></p><ul><li><p>Design and deliver training modules to boost prospecting skills and knowledge.</p></li><li><p>Conduct biweekly results meetings and monthly one-on-one sessions to support team goals.</p></li><li><p>Host quarterly training sessions to develop new strategies and techniques.</p></li><li><p>Monitor performance data, analyze metrics, and implement improvement strategies.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>3.
