In this role, you will define the product vision, oversee the roadmap, and work cross-functionally to deliver a superior user experience for our community. A key aspect of this position involves leveraging AI solutions for personalisation, automation, and SEO-driven content enhancement. You will use these innovative tools to tailor content to users, streamline community interactions, and boost our content’s visibility, all while maintaining a clear strategic focus on user engagement and platform performance.</span></p><p></p><p><b>Responsibilities</b></p><p><span>• </span>Product Strategy &amp; Roadmap:<span> Define and execute the product roadmap for AUTODOC Club, aligning it with the company’s objectives and user needs.</span></p><p></p><p><span>• </span>User Engagement &amp; Community Growth:<span> Develop features and initiatives that increase community participation, user retention, and overall engagement on the platform. Leverage AI-driven insights to deliver relevant content and tailored recommendations for users, creating a more personalized and engaging experience.</span></p><p></p><p><span>• </span>Cross-Functional Collaboration:<span> Work closely with design, engineering, content, and marketing teams to implement new features and improve existing ones, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.</span></p><p></p><p><span>• </span>Content &amp; SEO Optimization:<span> Ensure platform content (knowledge base articles, forums, etc.) is high-quality and SEO-friendly. Collaborate with SEO and content specialists to drive organic traffic and improve content visibility.</span></p><p></p><p><span>• </span>Data-Driven Decision Making:<span> Analyse user behavior, feedback, and usage metrics to identify improvement opportunities. Use data insights to prioritize enhancements and measure the impact of product changes.</span></p><p></p><p><span>• </span>Automated Moderation &amp; Engagement:<span> Implement AI tools to automate community moderation (e.g. flagging or filtering content) and to provide automated responses or support, improving efficiency and response times.</span></p><p><br/><br/><b>Requirements</b></p><p><span>• Proven experience (3+ years) in product management for a digital platform, </span>preferably in online communities, content platforms, or related products<span>.</span></p><p></p><p><span>• Strong understanding of content strategy and SEO principles; experience working with content or SEO teams is a plus.</span></p><p></p><p><span>• Demonstrated ability to analyze data and user feedback to drive product decisions (experience with analytics tools is highly valued).</span></p><p></p><p><span>• Familiarity with AI-driven tools or platforms for personalization or automation </span>is a strong plus<span>.</span></p><p></p><p><span>• Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders simultaneously.</span></p><p></p><p><span>• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with fluent written and spoken English.
