Enterprise Risk Support Specialist

As the The Enterprise Risk Support Specialist supports all Enterprise Risk teams by performing various tasks. Communicates with branch and corporate employees in a timely, efficient, and courteous manner.

Position Details: Remote, work from home.

 

What you will do:

• Receives and logs loan package requests from investors and MI partners.
• Review loan package documentation for completeness and stack file documents in the requested order.
• Submit audit requests electronically to the specific Agency and Investor.
• Follows up on missing document notifications.
• Meet all deadlines for file requests.
• Performs, on an expedited basis, re-verification requests for the Mortgage Investigation Team and Quality Control Team.
• Communicate potential repurchase demands to the Risk Management team.
• Provides administrative support for the Risk Management Department.
• Complete timely updates on Operational Incidents.
• Prepare reporting and meeting notes for Operational Risk Team.
• Review and update pay histories for Challenged Inventory Loans.
• Assist Strategic Asset Management with conditions for scratch & dent sale.

What we are looking for:

• 1+ years of related experience.
• Demonstrated experience working in a fast paced and changing environment
• Demonstrated experience with attention to detail, time management, written and oral communication, multi-tasking, and working in a team atmosphere adhering to tight deadlines
• Demonstrated experience with MS Office software products
• Required Knowledge and Skills
• Solid knowledge and understanding of customer service and intrapersonal best practices.
• Basic knowledge and understanding of all types of Income, Employment, and Assets documentation
