Generates new business as well as supports existing dealers. Maximizes AAGI product penetration by demonstrating and delivering on the AAGI value proposition in both the short and long term. The position requires leadership ability as well as strong social, analytical, and presentation skills. Additionally, the position engages in cross department collaboration with marketing, ACE, claims, and the executive team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:   

  • Leverage existing and new relationships to grow AAGI’s overall market presence.
  • Maintain daily interaction with clients in the field; calling on new and active accounts to identify key opportunities and optimize dealership performance in geographic territory.
  • Utilize a consultative selling approach by providing solutions to match geographic needs.
  • Market support through daily communication within designated region and collaborate with other sales executives in creating store specific incentive contests.
  • Deliver cross department collaboration including performance optimization.
  • Be an ambassador and first line of contact for AAGI customers.
  • Establish strong relationships, business and personal, to further the sales objectives of AAGI with current and newly signed clients.
  • Proactively resolve problems/issues regarding contracts and claims.

Qualifications:

  • Must have recent 2-5 years of direct automotive finance experience with both domestic and import stores and/or at an automotive aftermarket company.
  • Deep understanding of Retail Automotive Operations.
  • Exceptional presentation, consulting, and communications skills.
  • Able to network and build relationships with peers across the organization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce is a plus.
