NVIDIA is looking to hire a creative, analytical, and hands-on Senior Industrial Engineer for Global Capacity Planning, to aid NVIDIA Operations to scale effectively to support the growth across all business units. You will play a critical role as a cross-functional lead to set up standard processes and tools that enable collaboration across NVIDIA Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance and the Business Units. Proven industrial engineering skills and knowledge with a strong leadership record is required. Demonstrated skills in data analytics, with a passion for problem solving and high level of curiosity to understand the business are key to being successful in this position.
What You Will Be Doing:
Develop, maintain and use advanced capacity planning algorithms to understand capacity gaps and risks
Lead capacity executive reviews. Drive decision making to close Capacity/Demand gaps collaborating with cross-functional teams, including mfg engineering, supply chain, finance and engineering
Develop key measurement systems to ensure new capacity requirements are scrubbed and key decisions are made timely
Capacity allocation optimization to meet target supply or market revenue share
Establish standard process methodologies and tools to enable efficient workflows
Collaborate with IT teams to integrate planning models with other enterprise systems, ensuring smooth data flow and interoperability
Act as subject matter expert on all capacity modeling algorithms
Collaborate closely with Industrial Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering teams to support layout and space readiness efforts for capacity expansion and new product technology integration
Global role which requires engagement with teams in US, Israel and APAC, flexibility in timing would be required
What We Need To See:
A consistent track record of applying a systems engineering approach demonstrating industrial engineering techniques in world-class large scale, distributed enterprise, and infrastructure.
Proficiency in advanced data analytics applying tools such as Tableau, PowerBI or other similar software
Proficiency with planning systems like Anaplan, Lllamasoft or IBP
Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills, specifically a demonstrated ability to effectively guide and influence within a dynamic environment
Ability to communicate in a pan pacific environment and travel once a year to manufacturing sites
Bachelor/Master’s degree in industrial engineering, operations research, or closely related discipline
7+ years equivalent work experience in high technology enterprises in manufacturing, systems hardware, automotive, systems organization or similar functions
Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd:
Strong history of success in similar environments
Discrete event simulation or Linear Programming Experience
Proficiency in statistical analysis tools such as JMP, Matlab, Minitab or other similar tools
SQL / Splunk / Anaplan / Kinaxus

The base salary range is 132,000 USD - 212,750 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits. NVIDIA accepts applications on an ongoing basis.
