Innovation & Innovation & Delivery Transformation includes several Mission Areas: Innovation & Delivery Transformation, Innovation, Deloitte Engineering, Applied AI Strategic Growth Offering, Sustainability Strategic Growth Offering, Office of the Chief Data Officer, and Office of the Chief Technology Officer.
Work you’ll do
As a Product Manager and Life Sciences SME, you will utilize your extensive experience from the life sciences domain and input from the Life Sciences Consulting Practice to define product roadmaps and work closely with engineering teams on detailed specifications, including analytical models, user interface, architecture, and data source ingestion and integration. You will also work with product marketing, sales, and consulting teams to drive sales and customer adoption.
A strong candidate would possess these skills:
- Experience leading agile product development teams.
- Experience collaborating with engineering to define applications and tools across the product lifecycle.
- Industry knowledge in patient engagement/retention, medical technology, and/or market access drug pricing.
- Experience working with distributed and offshore teams.
- Experience driving new product development from ideation through specification.
- Experience building executive-ready presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Experience working with brand, sales, and marketing teams or agencies.
- Familiarity with generative AI and Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience using agile development practices and tools such as Atlassian Jira and Confluence.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent priorities and deadlines.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 8+ years in product management or management consulting in the life sciences industry.
- Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
