Work you’ll do

You will leverage your deep subject matter knowledge to bring solutions to clients with a focus on achieving a high level of performance and quality through delivery of both agile and traditional projects to provide exceptional business value to users. Working within an engagement team, your responsibilities include, among others:

• Delivering components of client engagements focused on identifying, designing, and implementing technology business solutions for large companies
• Leading small teams to identify business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures. Your background in technology will provide the foundation to manage these streams but also understand the technology
• Monitoring progress of the project, identify, and quantify variances, perform required corrective actions
• Identifying high-level risks, assumptions, and constraints. Implement approved actions and workarounds to minimize the impact of risks on the project
• Maintaining communication with key project stakeholders and decision makers

Our AI & Data practice offers comprehensive solutions for designing, developing, and operating advanced Data and AI platforms, products, insights, and services. We help clients innovate, enhance, and manage their data, AI, and analytics capabilities, ensuring they can grow and scale effectively.

Qualifications

Required:

• 3+ years of relevant professional experience in data engineering, data science, analytics engineering, or software engineering (experience level flexible based on role leveling)
• 2+ years Life Science and Healthcare (LSHC) consulting and/or industry experience translating business problems into AI and Data solutions
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with SQL and Python
• 1+ years experience leading project workstreams/engagements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related field
• Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Preferred:

• Experience with advanced data architectures (ie: Multimodal data management & model design, Data Mesh, Data Fabric, Data Products, etc.)
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Service (AWS) and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Experience developing impactful collateral for client workshops and interactive customer sessions, driving alignment and actionable outcomes
• Experience presenting to both large and small audiences
• An advanced degree in the area of specialization
