We’re looking for a Senior Talent Partner to be the strategic architect for our Marketing and Finance & Operations teams.

• Become a Talent Whisperer: You'll build deep, meaningful relationships with our leaders. You’ll learn their business inside and out, anticipate their talent needs before they do, and craft brilliant hiring strategies. You’ll masterfully guide the entire recruitment journey, collaborating closely with hiring managers. You’ll ensure that every step, from candidate engagement to final offer, delivers a seamless, positive, and truly memorable experience for all involved.
• Be Our Market Guru: You'll be our eyes and ears on the talent landscape. You’ll provide the market intelligence, competitor insights, and compensation guidance that helps us make smart, informed hiring decisions.
• Hunt for Hidden Gems: You won’t just post and pray. You'll be a proactive sourcer, designing creative strategies to find and engage the exceptional passive talent that others miss, building pipelines for our most critical roles.
• Champion the Axis Brand: You'll be an ambassador for our culture, ensuring every interaction showcases our values. You'll constantly look for ways to elevate our candidate experience from great to unforgettable.
• Turn Data into Strategy: You’ll use analytics not just to track metrics, but to tell a story. You’ll identify trends, measure what matters, and use data to make our entire talent function smarter and more effective.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Proven Experience: You have 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting under your belt, ideally within a fast-paced, growing company. You thrive in a dynamic environment where you can make a real difference, and you're obsessed with creating an outstanding candidate experience.
• Strategic Mindset: You're a trusted advisor who can confidently guide and influence senior leaders. You think about the "why" behind every role.
• Market Fluency: You have a deep understanding of talent trends and what it takes to attract top performers in a competitive market.
• Exceptional Communication: You’re a natural connector, a skilled negotiator, and can articulate complex ideas with clarity and confidence.
• Data-Driven Approach: You’re comfortable with the numbers and know how to use data to drive decisions and show your impact.
• Tech Savviness: You’ve mastered a modern ATS (like Workday) and know your way around the best sourcing tools and platforms.
