Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 4 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 2 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- 2 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
- 2 years of experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or Master's degree in Business, Legal, Marketing, Finance, Technical, or a related field.
- Experience implementing strategic and large-scale initiatives in a demanding, change-oriented, fast-paced environment requiring a high degree of deadline-driven productivity.
- Experience structuring strategic analysis and messaging using spreadsheets and presentations.
- Experience executing complex strategic and operational initiatives, with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with different team members to design processes and implement strategic projects that solve business problems.

In this role, you will be part of a team providing project leadership to solve strategic questions in the gTech organization. You will develop solutions to complex, ambiguous and high-visibility business problems and opportunities.You will work in close partnership with gTech teams and Strategy and Operations colleagues across the regions. You will lead and manage multiple workstreams, projects, and stakeholders across time zones on a global scale. You will be working with key partners across gTech to lead and support a mix of strategic and operational projects. You will also support the development of plans and recommendations for global and regional projects.
The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $114,000-$167,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
