About the role
This role is a 9-month fixed term contract, with potential to grow into a permanent role.
We are looking for a driven, experienced and passionate Account Manager to join our Sales & Brand Partnerships team in NY. The Account Manager will be responsible for shaping media strategies, developing materials for advertisers, overseeing campaign planning, and ensuring success of the campaigns. Working closely with the Account Directors, you will develop media solutions for partners, responding to briefs with high attention to detail and confidence in Excel, Google Docs, and Keynote. You will also collaborate closely with content, ad operations, and finance to ensure the smooth delivery of all campaigns.
• Your role will involve ongoing account management and communication with clients and content partners.• Working with Acast's talented podcasters to manage and monetize their content. • Report on post-sale and upsell, leveraging the full Acast Marketplace suite.
This is a full-time, salaried role. The compensation range for the role is $75,000 - $85,000/year (pro-rata) + bonus.
Who you are• You are a highly productive, detail oriented and enthusiastic doer with a strong passion for podcasts, brand storytelling and advertising. • You are energetic, positive, eager to learn and grow, and you can manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with a high level of attention to detail.• You have 3 to 5 years of experience in sales planning and/or account management, with a preference for experience in audio/podcast-related roles.• You have demonstrated track record in client-facing roles at either a publisher or agency.• You have solid grasp of the digital advertising and media landscape, with a proven ability to execute digital media programs and produce comprehensive reports for clients.• You are proficient in architecting campaigns by understanding and unpacking client preferences and requirements.
Where you will beMost of our teams are hybrids with some members co-located in offices and some working remotely. With a remote first way of working we want you to feel productive regardless of work location!For this role, you can be based in New York.
