<p>The Senior Program Manager will play a key role in supporting and scaling the global e-commerce business for a leading entertainment brand. Based in Dublin, this individual will join an established global program management team to manage complex projects (e.g., e-commerce site expansions), drive cross-functional alignments for product launches, and ensure delivery of best-in-class digital shopping experiences for our fans. The role requires a mix of strategic leadership, hands-on project execution, and stakeholder management to guide projects from concept through launch.</p>

<p><span><strong><strong><em>What you’ll do</em></strong></strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li>Lead multiple global e-commerce initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and quality standards.</li>
<li>Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects spanning digital platforms, operations, and activations.</li>
<li>Take ownership of ongoing projects, stepping in seamlessly to maintain continuity.</li>
<li>Partner with global stakeholders across production, merchandising, marketing, logistics, customer service, and external vendors.</li>
<li>Communicate project status, risks, and key milestones clearly to executive and operational stakeholders.</li>
<li>Serve as the central hub for process documentation, timelines, and updates across teams.</li>
<li>Manage dependencies across global markets, balancing priorities for e-commerce and physical activations.</li>
<li>Lead or support RFI/RFP processes with vendors, ensuring clarity of requirements and smooth execution.</li>
<li>Deliver regular reporting, feedback, and process improvement recommendations.</li>
</ul>
<p><span><strong><strong><em>What you’ll bring </em></strong></strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li>7–10 years of program or senior project management experience, preferably in retail, e-commerce, or consumer brands.</li>
<li>Strong track record of driving complex, multi-stakeholder projects across geographies.</li>
<li>Experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management is highly desirable.</li>
<li>Familiarity with technical project management, digital integrations, and e-commerce platforms.</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to influence at all levels.</li>
<li>Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; comfortable navigating ambiguity.</li>
<li>Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Workfront, Asana).</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Program/Project Management, Operations, Retail Management, or equivalent work experience.</li>
</ul>

<p><span><strong><strong><em>Base Salary Range: </em></strong></strong></span>For this role, new hires generally start between €81,800 - €97,000 per year. The full range is €81,800 - €122,700.00 per year. This range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. The final base salary is directly related to the candidate’s qualifications and professional experience uniquely.</p>
