You will commit to personal learning and development by actively seeking opportunities for growth, you will share knowledge and experience with others, and act as a strong brand ambassador, embracing our purpose and values to put these into practice in your professional life.</span></p><p><span></span></p><p><span>During your tenure as a Senior Consultant, you will demonstrate and develop your ability to:</span><span></span></p><ul> <li><span>Drive the development and execution of risk assessment and mitigation plans to enhance the client’s ability to identify, assess, monitor, prioritize and mitigate business risks.</span></li> <li><span>Develop / enhance the client’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework, Risk Appetite Framework and Risk Strategy.</span></li> <li><span>Implement risk management solutions aligned to the client’s vision, risk appetite and strategic priorities. </span></li> <li><span>Develop KRIs and KCIs metrics to monitor the client’s identified risks and controls. </span></li> <li><span>Lead the development of enterprise risk related policies, processes, and procedures.</span></li> <li><span>Lead / provide guidance throughout the course of the engagement to deliver with success.</span></li> <li><span>Engage with a range of stakeholders, including clients and Deloitte global network.<br/>  </span></li> </ul><p><strong><span></span></strong></p><p><strong><span>#WinningRequirements</
