Business Office Manager – Join Our Team!
Are you a detail-oriented leader with a passion for organization and service? As the Business Office Manager, you’ll oversee the daily operations of the business office, ensuring smooth processes and exceptional service. This role blends leadership, teamwork, and meaningful interaction with residents, families, and the public.
What You’ll Do:
• Lead and manage accounts receivable, billing, census data, and third-party agency coordination
• Oversee resident trust funds using RFMS and maintain confidential records
• Ensure timely collection of resident accounts
• Organize and evaluate office operations for efficiency and effectiveness
• Verify insurance coverage and ensure accurate billing practices
• Supervise and support business office staff, recommending improvements as needed
• Foster a positive team environment and celebrate team successes
What You’ll Bring:
• College degree in a related field (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, private insurance, managed care, and financial processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with PointClickCare and RFMS
• Ability to make independent decisions and solve problems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Professional, friendly demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to plan, organize, and implement office procedures effectively
