The Sr. Accountant will work on performing timely month-end/quarterly/annual close process, variance analysis, financial reporting and statutory compliance across all of our EMEA entities. The right candidate will excel at delivering a superior customer experience and have a passion for accounting. Prepare journal entries, review general ledger accounts, and prepare reconciliations in accordance with US GAAP.</li> <li>Work closely with external auditors. Prepare schedules and financial statements for annual group and statutory audits.</li> <li>Assist in the formulation of internal controls and policies to comply with best practices.</li> <li>Automate accounting processes as well as other business processes.</li> <li>Research accounting guidance and analyse how it affects the Company.</li> <li>Assist in drafting statutory annual financial statements and related reports.</li> <li>Ad hoc finance and accounting project work as required.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>What We’re Looking For On Your CV</strong></p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 3 years post qualification experience</li> <li>ACA/ACCA, CPA qualified (or similar)</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.  Masters degree is a plus.</li> <li>High comfort level with accounting and ERP systems (prefer NetSuite)</li> <li>High degree of organisation and efficiency with demonstrated attention to detail</li> <li>One Team mindset, excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external business partners</li> <li>Ability to work to tight deadlines and meet deadlines</li> <li>Analytical skills</li> <li>Excellent IT skills, with highly developed excel capability</li> <li>Comfortable in an environment of rapid change and growth</li> <li>Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (US GAAP) and local statutory accounting in the EMEA region.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>What You Should Know About This Team</strong></p> <ul> <li>We have fun while doing our best as a team in Finance.
