Job Summary:
In this role, you will support the Germany Case Manager and the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Germany Integrated Combat Systems (ICS) team. You will provide acquisition and technical support of the Integrated Combat System’s Computer Program and supporting hardware in relation to the Germany Navy.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Collaborates with the USN and foreign partners to refine requirements and develop associated resource estimates to execute defined objectives.
Coordinate with stakeholders and various offices in planning FMS management meetings, dates, and agendas.
Basic Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field with a minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience in acquisition and technical support of the Integrated Combat Systems or twenty (20) years of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) experience in leu of degree
Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Teams)
Familiarity with Department of Defense/Department of Navy acquisition policies and Procedures and US Navy Combat system level testing
Experience creating a System Engineering Plan (SEP), Plan of Actions and Milestones (POA&M), ICS architecture and system diagrams, installation and testing schedules, and various systems engineering documentation
Must have a US Passport
Ability to travel CONUS/OCONUS as needed up to 25%
Clearance Requirements:
Current and active Secret Security clearance
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
Often positions self to maintain computers in the lab, including under the desks and in the server closet.
Frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
May be asked to move Audio/Visual or Computer equipment.
