Senior Python Software Developer

• Develops, modifies, enhances, and implements software systems designed to support new or existing business initiatives with Python language.
• Write and optimize Python code for data ingestion from various sources
• Collaborate with digital product managers, and deliver robust cloud-based solutions that are leveraged by leadership and the development community to baseline cloud spend
• Utilize Angular, Python, GO, and Spark for ETL processing as well as resilient internal use applications Python/Shell scripting.
• Finding and debugging malfunctioning programs affecting the database integrity.
• Performs maintenance and provides technical assistance and advice on existing software solutions.
• Perform migration of software application to Enterprise Container Platform.
• Codes and performs unit and integration testing of software to ensure proper and efficient execution and adherence to business and technical requirements Codes, tests, and debugs new software or makes enhancements to existing software operating in JAVA
• Is comfortable working in an Agile environment and collaborating with peers
• Has strong experience with scripting languages (Python, Go, NodeJS, PHP, PERL), or has similar experience.
• Have worked with RDBMS (MySQL or Oracle) as well as NoSQL storage solutions (MongoDB, CouchBase, Cassandra, Redis).
• Excellent communication skills with client stakeholders at all organizational and technical levels
• Demonstrated ability to seek out information (proactive learning) and ability to work both independently and as part of a larger team.
