Your Responsibilities
As an Instructor for A&T Sales/Mktg located in Senatobia, MS you will focus on delivering instructor led and virtual product training to our dealerships, company employees, and end user customers. In addition, you will:
- Take the lead role in the delivery of training and mentors less-experienced instructors. Travel may be required to deliver training to fulfill audience requirements
- Instruct during our in-field sales training once per year in Orlando, FL
- Monitor course effectiveness using Net Promoter Score data
- Take the lead role to develop / adapt content and training materials and activities for classes - marketing, technical, management, sales, etc.
- Research training topics to increase subject matter expertise specific to product, machine systems, professional skills, and product applications
- Document training curriculum for Instructor Guide, maintain and update Instructor Guide. Ensure the integrity of documentation as well as the validity to current product, training delivery processes, and organizational needs. Continually evaluates the effectiveness of the course meeting its objectives during delivery and from evaluations. Makes appropriate changes to course materials and delivery
- Responsible for classroom/training event administration (acquiring roster, taking enrollment, completing exit evaluations) and communicating results to appropriate personnel or system

What Skills You Need
- 1 or more years of experience in training and development area involved in activities such as instruction, needs assessments, curriculum development, and other such related training and development work
- 1 or more years of field experience with regular customer contact, knowledge of dealer/distribution network, limited geographic area of responsibility, and broad product knowledge
- 1 or more years of factory experience with regular interfacing with design, engineering, and manufacturing; worldwide geographic area of responsibility; and focused product-specific knowledge
What Makes You Stand Out
- 3 or more years of factory experience interfacing with design, engineering, and manufacturing
- 3 or more years as a Field Service Technician
- 3 or more years as an Agronomist
- 3 or more years as a Service Manager
Education
Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
- Bachelor's degree in an education, agriculture, business, or related field or equivalent related work experience
