Marketing Program Coordinator, Continuing Education & Event Experiences

What you will do:
- Serve as subject matter expert (SME) for accreditation management, compliance, and customer support for RCH, CPE, and CLE
- Analyze Continuing Education (CE) requirements, maintain accreditation relationships, and determine programmatic requirements
- Manage administrative functions, track events, and respond to customer service inquiries
- Secure program materials, submit reports, and analyze data for process improvements
- Act as main point-of-contact for sales regarding CE training set-up and execution
- Build training courses in virtual platform, manage attendee accreditations, and maintain records
- Utilize accreditation delivery platform for certification creation and distribution
- Participate in vendor meetings to discuss platform functionality and updates
- Process application payments and reporting
- Handle other CE and events projects assigned
You need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree and 0 - 2 years of experience with continuing education credit processing, management, and compliance.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and an interest in developing and improving internal processes.
- Experience with tech platforms and Microsoft products
