Job Description
Role Summary
Are you a highly creative and multi-talented individual with a passion for storytelling and an eye for visual aesthetics? NBC4 and Telemundo 52 are looking for an exceptional and dynamic creative sales marketing producer, editor, videographer and writer to join the Creative Services team. In this role, you will be work closely with the NBC4 Sales Production Manager to help create and execute captivating commercials that promote sales deals while leveraging your talents as a versatile editor, videographer and writer. Along with supporting the sales and creative team, this role will also help conceptualize, produce and edit longform content for NBC4 and T52’s digital platforms.
Responsibilities
As Sales Marketing Producer
- Create and execute compelling marketing campaigns.
- Ensure all materials adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent identity across platforms.
- Manage the end-to-end production process, from concept development to final delivery.
- Collaborate with sales team to understand their goals and align strategies.
As Editor and Videographer
- Utilize your expertise in video production and editing to craft visually appealing commercials and promotional videos.
- Capture high-quality video and visuals to enhance marketing materials and support story-telling efforts.
As Writer
- Write persuasive and engaging copy that complements the visual content and resonates with target audience.
Digital Content Contribution
- Ability to generate fresh and innovative ideas for digital content. Think outside the box and bring originality to content creation process.
- Create content that stands out in a crowded digital landscape.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, film production, and/or related work experience.
- Minimum 3 years of overall production experience that has demonstrated strong performance in prior roles with increasing levels of responsibility and independence.
- Proficiency in industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe CC)
- Strong working knowledge of Canon and/or Sony Cameras

Desired Characteristics
- Fully proficient in English and Spanish
- Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects
- Television or cable marketing experience preferred.
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meeting tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A creative portfolio showcasing previous work.
Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 DOE
