Position Summary:

This position will be responsible to assist in interpreting new and revised policy, information security, and regulatory requirements from across the world and to assess whether they are applicable to the Core Technology Infrastructure organization and work processes. This will entail reading the texts, leveraging automated intelligence tools to scan and correlate the data, and preparing draft assessments. This group consults with policy owners, standard owners, process owners, control owners, regional partners, application owners and subject matter experts to determine if there are any gaps in regulatory requirements and develops/ tracks action plans to close them.

Required Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience reviewing/analyzing requirements for impact to policies, standards, procedures, processes, controls, governance routines, reporting requirement, system/technology requirement

- Good research, analysis, and problem solving skills with the ability to learn and assimilate to new concepts quickly

- Deep understanding of a wide array of IT Infrastructure Technology concepts:

  • Infrastructure Management (networks, servers, platforms, data centers, operating systems, midrange/mainframe)
  • System Development Lifecycle Management (SDLC) concepts
  • Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery concepts
  • Information Security concepts

- Familiar with infrastructure, security, and policy governance/oversight concepts

- Above average documentation skills

- Ability to partner well across teams within a large highly matrixed organization

- Ability to work independently, with limited direction, and is evaluated through end results

- Ability to be nimble and adjust easily to change and urgency, while being thorough in their reviews and documentation.

- Critical thinking with the ability to collaborate with peer teams through multiple types of risk assessments in a highly matrixed environment

Desired Qualifications:

- Experience in Banking Technology

- Familiar with the ITIL, NIST and COBIT standards

- Experience in the IT Risk or IT Audit field and a strong background in IT infrastructure technology

- Familiarity with the major regulations or regulators impacting the financial services industry (Sarbanes Oxley, Dodd Frank, GDPR, FFIEC, CFTC, etc.)

Pay and benefits information

Pay range

$78,200.00 - $157,800.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan.
