Program Manager

PROGRAM MANAGER

The Program Manager will provide SETA support in Hanover, MD.  The Program Manager will serve as the focal point to work with the COR. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Working detailed knowledge of daily activities associated with the PWS and task order.

• Serve as the focal point and responsible for day-to-day communication with the COR.

• Manage on-site personnel and contract performance. 

QUALIFICATIONS

• Master’s Degree in related field (5 years of additional, related experience may be substituted in lieu of degree).

• PMP certification and/or DAIWA Program Management Certification in PM.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in managing government programs with at least 5 of those years in a supervisory capacity directly managing others.

• Experience in detailed management and oversight of a contractor or government team, including conducting requirements analysis, project costing, deliverable tracking, schedule and financial data monitoring and reporting.

SECURITY CLEARANCE

• Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance required

TRAVEL

• Some travel may be required.
