We are also advancing a broad portfolio of early-stage ADCs pursuing undisclosed solid tumor targets.</div> </div></div><p><strong><u>Position Overview</u></strong></p> <p>The Contract Senior Technical Recruiter will support Immunome’s growing Clinical/Development and Commercial organizations by leading full-cycle recruitment for a broad range of roles across the organization. This position will partner closely with a variety of teams to attract, assess, and hire high-quality talent in a competitive oncology biotech environment. Solid demonstrated candidate sourcing experience is required.</p> <p>The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented recruiter with experience supporting clinical-stage life sciences organizations and managing multiple complex requisitions simultaneously.</p> <p><strong><u>Responsibilities</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead full-cycle recruitment for a variety of clinical and development-focused roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.</li> <li>Partner closely with hiring managers and HR to understand evolving business needs, role requirements, and hiring priorities.</li> <li>Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates with experience in oncology drug development and clinical research environments.</li> <li>Conduct in-depth candidate interviews to assess technical qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with Immunome’s values.</li> <li>Coordinate interview logistics, gather feedback, and facilitate timely hiring decisions.</li> <li>Ensure a high quality and consistent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.</li> <li>Maintain accurate and compliant records within the applicant tracking system (Greenhouse).</li> <li>Provide market insights related to talent availability, compensation trends, and competitive intelligence.</li&g
