Partner with business units to identify opportunities for process improvement, implement best practices, and ensure seamless project delivery.</li><li>Ensure that brand training initiatives support overall brand strategy and positioning. Craft initiatives to support the continued evolution of High Performing Brand Teams and In-Field Teams.</li><li>Be the representative of the affiliate within Area / Global teams to ensure strategic priorities alignment and execution, including being Champion for Brand Plan and Tactical Plan process.</li><li>Foster a culture of innovation by encouraging and implementing creative solutions that address business challenges.</li><li>Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new processes, technologies, and practices.
