Technical Lead

QCELLS seeks a talented and experienced technical professional to serve as Technical Lead to develop and enhance technology on the salesforce.com platform and Q2 Cloud Lending, that support various mission-critical business processes.  Technical Lead must have an excellent background in Java/Force.com programming/ application design, and an understanding of JavaScript, CSS, XML and HTML. Candidate should have a history of building successful Web-based solutions using Web Services and the ability to grasp a variety of unfamiliar technology and integrate them quickly.Candidate should be able to write code that others can understand, support, maintain and expand, and provide other team members with direction on development projects. Demonstrated ability to anticipate technology lifecycle issues, work with projects involving multiple systems, and influence the team to deliver durable, extensible solutions.This job requires that the candidate be a self-starter. Candidate will also be asked to contribute ideas, provide feedback, and collaborate on many projects within the team’s portfolio that may be outside the domain of expertise. Experience in the fintech lending sector is a plus.  This position will be based in the QCELLS North America headquarters in Irvine, CA, or in the San Francisco, CA office, although remote options may also be available.
