Job description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and talented CCAI Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge Conversational AI solutions that enhance customer experiences and drive business value. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and data scientists, to bring innovative conversational experiences to life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality conversational AI solutions, including chatbots, voice assistants, and other interactive experiences.
- Develop and maintain robust and scalable natural language processing (NLP) models, such as intent classification, entity recognition, and dialogue management.
- Integrate CCAI solutions with various platforms and systems, including CRM, messaging platforms, and voice channels.
- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance of conversational AI solutions to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
- Analyze conversational data to identify areas for improvement and optimize the performance of CCAI solutions.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in conversational AI technologies and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define user stories, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of internal tools and frameworks for building and deploying conversational AI solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in developing and deploying conversational AI solutions.
- Strong proficiency in Python & Java, preferrably also PySpark & Dialogflow.x
- Solid understanding of NLP concepts, including text processing, sentiment analysis, and machine learning algorithms.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience with specific CCAI platforms or technologies (mention specific ones if applicable).
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools.
- Publications or contributions to the open-source community related to conversational AI.
