Because of growth within Master Data Management we're looking for an HR Master Data Management Expert

What will you do? 

The Expert works across functions, business units and countries and continuously supports the teams to secure and enhance data quality. In particular by ensuring that interfaces, integrations and workflows between the different core HR systems are operating error-proof from a functional perspective.

Key deliverables and activities:

• Perform continuous data analysis and cross checks between relevant systems and countries
• Coordinate issue resolution regarding data errors and proper root cause analyses
• Ensure communication and knowledge exchange between all stakeholders
• Support audits and reviews (with enhanced data, reduce surprises in audit findings)
• Support projects as representative of P&C / HR data
• Build a strong working relationship with the technical HR IT experts
• Gain and maintain overview of master data issues and work with functions/business units to address them

Qualifications

Who are you? 

As our HR Master Data Management Expert you will bring

• Required education and work experience
• Completed university degree or equivalent qualification
• Expert knowledge in SAP HCM is required. Additional HR IT system knowledge preferred.
• >5 years of professional experience, preferably in an international context and/or HR (IT) Department or Shared Service Center.
• Advanced IT integration and interface knowledge
• Fast paced, quick thinker and solution driven
• Proficient in MS Office’s basic programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• English on business level)
