Sr. Project Manager, Manufacturing

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of projects in electrical manufacturing facilities. This role requires strong project management skills, a deep understanding of electrical and/or mechanical manufacturing, and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute projects for manufacturing facilities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals, deliverables, and timelines
• Regularly communicate project progress and updates to key stakeholders
• Monitor project budget and track expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project delays

• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
• Lead and motivate project team members to achieve project objectives
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement corrective actions as needed
• Ensure adherence to project documentation requirements and maintain accurate project records
• Perform validation testing on new products

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience managing projects, preferably including new product introduction, and the delivery and installation of production equipment

• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Flexibility to travel as required for project implementation

• Certification in Project Management (PMP) is a plus
