Job Description

This role is hybrid remote with 40% monthly in-office presence in Mount Prospect, Illinois. (2-3 days in office per week)

• The Digital Training Associate will work cross functionally with multiple departments (product management, marketing, safety, legal and sales) to create and deploy effective and interactive web-based trainings (WBT's) for Bosch products, as well as internal trainings as required.
• This individual will incorporate different techniques and applications to deliver effective, interactive and comprehensive WBT's as well as live online trainings.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree required, business or human resource development preferred
• Corporate training experience and/or storyboard creation preferred
• Instructional & e-Learning Design, Learning Management System experience, extensive Microsoft Office, experience with Web-based learning platforms (i.e Litmos) preferred
• Intermediate level experience with Articulate/Rise360 software
• Power tool and construction trade knowledge preferred but not required
• Travel 5% or less, some international
