Job Title: Technical Program Manager (TPM)

Salary: $75 per hour

Job Description:

Blend360 is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join our team. The TPM will play a crucial role in driving the successful execution and planning of our projects. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in JIRA and Rally, and be proficient in bringing rigor to project execution and planning.

Key Responsibilities:

· Demonstrate a deep understanding of the business impact of technical change requests and their potential implications for the team and stakeholders.

· Act as an integral part of the quarterly data foundation planning process, gathering alignment on priorities and ensuring accurate dependency tracking.

· Bring industry-leading TPM best practices to Blend360, leveraging your expertise to enhance project management processes and drive efficiency.

· Possess a solid background in business and strategy, enabling you to comprehend and assess the ROI of proposed changes.

· Set up templates and standards to effectively track and monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to established timelines and milestones.

· Demonstrate a strong understanding of the customer journey and how it relates to the goals and objectives of our team.

· Lead efforts as the Product Owner to migrate in-house and modernize scorecards, reducing vendor cost and creating synergies.

· Build and lead a team of Technical Product Owners responsible for managing multiple concurrent projects.

· Work in a highly matrixed environment with key stakeholders and multiple departments to plan for resources and budgets for new projects and enhancements.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a TPM, with a focus on technical project management and execution.

• Proficiency in JIRA, Rally, and other relevant project management tools.

• Strong business acumen and the ability to assess the strategic impact of technical changes.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to gather alignment and facilitate effective teamwork.

• Demonstrated experience in setting up project tracking templates and standards.

• Knowledge of ROI calculation methods and the ability to apply them to technical change requests.

• Flexibility to handle a hybrid role encompassing both project management and technical program management.

• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing client relationships.

• Proficiency in SQL & Data Analysis.

• Experience in B2B and B2C environments.

• Education: BBA in Management Information Systems or related field.

• Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent.
