Neurosurgery Physician Assistant (PA) – Advocate Condell Medical Center | Libertyville, IL

Advocate Condell Medical Center is seeking a highly motivated and collaborative Physician Assistant to join a dynamic Neurosurgery team. This role offers a balanced mix of inpatient and outpatient care, exposure to a wide range of neurosurgical cases, and strong mentorship within a high-performing group.

Position Overview

• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Practice Setting: 50% inpatient / 50% outpatient

Call Responsibilities:

• 1 weekday call per week
• 1 weekend call every 5 weeks (call only, no routine rounding)

Team Structure

• 4 Neurosurgeons
• 5 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage neurosurgical patients in both clinic and hospital settings in collaboration with attending physicians
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and respond to patient inquiries and follow-up need
