Job Description
As a valued colleague on our team, you will contribute to activities related to strategic planning and execution for the Fannie Mae or business units within the organization. In this role, you will participate and engage in cross-functional strategic execution, as well as engage project teams and stakeholders to advance business initiatives.

The Enterprise Strategy Senior Associate (Hybrid) role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:
- Participate in activities that support the strategic goals and vision for business units and/or the enterprise.
- Participate in strategy development, strategic plan formulation, and execution of business objectives.
- Maintain and identify resources to support strategic goals and new initiatives.
- Collaborate with your team and internal partners on unit's production, activities, and efforts.
- Participate in the day-to-day operations, including: financial analysis and modeling, forecasting, talent strategy and management, governance, and negotiations.

Minimum Required Experiences
- 2 years
Desired Experiences
- Bachelor degree or equivalent
- 2-year Finance related experience
- Market Transactions, Liquidity Risk Management, Treasury, or Accounting field
- Operations, Compliance and Risk Management
- Database Management Tools (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, and Confluence)
- Research and Analytical
- Problem Solving
- MS tools (e.g., Excel and PowerPoint)
Skills
- Operational Excellence including improving and overseeing operations
- Skilled in documentation and database reporting for the purposes of analysis, data discovery, and decision-making with the use of relevant software such as Crystal Reports, Excel, or SSRS
- Skilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand
- Adept at managing project plans, resources, and people to ensure successful project completion
- Skilled in the graphical representation of information in the form of a charts, diagrams, pictures, and dashboards with programs and tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
- Experience in the process of analyzing data to identify trends or relationships to inform conclusions about the data
- Experience gathering accurate information to explain concepts and answer critical questions
- Business Insight including advising, designing business models, interpreting customer and market insights, forecasting, benchmarking, etc.
- Working with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively to work toward a common goal
- Experience helping an organization to plan and manage change in effort to meet strategic objectives
