Aetos Systems, Inc. in support of The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) requires Enterprise Architecture (EA) expertise to develop and maintain the DLA EA data, deliver Enterprise Level Architectures and the development/integration of multiple Program/Solution Level Architectures within the architecture solutions.

Length of Assignment:  Approximately 3 Months

Clearance: Must possess IT-II security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC)

Location:  Remote / Continental United States

Business Architecture

• Collaborate with operational stakeholders across DLA.
• Develop process flow diagrams for Enterprise processes.
• Develop Activity Hierarchical Diagrams for Enterprise processes.
• Integrate DLA Process Area Processes into DLA Enterprise Level Architectures.
• Identify Customer Use Case Opportunities and Support Architecture Forums

Application Architecture

• Research API capabilities, specifically with respect to ServiceNow and SAP.
• Document how the EA tool API can be used for the exchange of data.
• Test the use of EA repository API (currently MEGA HOPEX)
• Develop a process where the EA repository API is used to supply and consume ServiceNow data.
• Develop methodology for creation of EA visualizations to include the development of data sets, the visualization focus areas, and the data refreshing.
• Conduct research and provide guidance on Technology Trends.

Architecture Visualization

• Develop Visualizations with EA data based on requirements.
• Develop visualizations using DLA visualization software (i.e., QLIK) to convey insights of the data highlighting what-if scenarios, identifying data gaps, and identifying relationships within the data.
• Make enhancements to existing visualizations and make recommendations to improve both the product as well as the data collection and data refreshing methods.
• Document all visualizations.
• Develop method of refreshing data for the visualizations.
• Develop a repeatable methodology for updating the data used for the developed visualizations using current customer DLA software technologies.

Requirements

Recommended Knowledge

• MEGA HOPEX v4 (i.e., the latest release of the product) or similar software.
• QLINK or similar software
• DLA Portfolio and Architecture Tool Suite (DPATS).
• DOD Architecture Framework (DODAF) and Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) and hierarchical process diagrams (i.e., OV-6c Event Trace Diagram and OV-5a Operational Activity Hierarchal diagram).

Minimum Experience:

• Ten (10) years relevant experience for Enterprise Architect

Required Skills:

• Must possess IT-II security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC)
• Relevant experience with MEGA HOPEX
• Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to pass a background investigation
