Join Aristocrat as our Director of Revenue Operations and Analytics! This outstanding opportunity allows you to lead the evolution of our global revenue intelligence capability. Working at the intersection of Sales, Sales Operations, and our central data organization, you'll define revenue data structures and integrate actionable insights across the business. What You'll Do
- Define how Sales data is structured, governed, and brought to bear for revenue analytics and performance management.
- Partner with Sales leadership and internal platform teams to translate business requirements into scalable system capabilities.
- Collaborate with the central data organization to establish a coordinated data model across revenue, customer, and product datasets.
- Drive alignment on global definitions, data standards, and benchmark frameworks to ensure a consistent “single source of truth.”
- Lead global forecasting processes and establish standardized methodologies across regions.
- Build and evolve revenue models that improve predictability and highlight key growth levers.
- Monitor and analyze performance against important measures, identifying risks and opportunities across geographies.
- Develop advanced analytics to identify revenue opportunities at the operator, account, and territory level.
- Develop predictive models that reveal indicators prior to their emergence in Sales pipelines.
- Establish a data-driven approach to revenue operations, moving beyond dashboards to actionable business insights.
- Drive automation of core RevOps processes to reduce manual effort.
- Define and implement a globally consistent Revenue Operations operating model.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Analytics, or a related field, including leadership roles.
- Proven experience crafting and scaling revenue systems and data-driven operating models (SalesForce, BI tools, and data platforms).
- Strong track record of translating complex data into actionable insights that influence business performance.
- Experience working across Sales, business leadership, and data/engineering teams.
- Demonstrated ability to operate in global, matrixed organizations and drive alignment across regions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of constructing forward-looking models and recognizing growth opportunities.
- Experience driving process transformation, automation, and efficiency improvements.
- Excellent communication and partner management skills, with experience influencing senior leadership.
- Experience in installed-base, asset-heavy, or recurring revenue environments is a strong plus.
