Who we are looking for

We seek an experienced AP/AR Lead to join our team, reporting to the Controller. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, deep AP/AR expertise, and proven 3-way matching experience. If you’re proactive, analytical, and results-driven, join us at Stellar Blu!

Salary: $85K–$100K

What you will do

• Oversee invoice processing, 3-way matching, and payment runs
• Perform AP reconciliations and deposit tracking
• Manage vendor relations and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare financial reports (aging, accruals, cash flow)
• Ensure ERP (NetSuite) accuracy and support system upgrades
• Collaborate with Procurement & Receiving for compliance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance
• 5+ years AP experience, including 2+ years AR
• Expertise in 3-way matching in high-volume environments
• Proficiency in NetSuite & Excel
• Experience in public companies & commercial aviation IFEC
• Knowledge of Agile & project scheduling (MS Project
