Armstrong World Industries (AWI) has a job opportunity for a Facilities Mechanical Engineer located at our Lancaster Corporate Campus. This position reports directly to the Facilities Manager and is responsible for functional engineering and maintenance for a 150-acre, one million square foot mixed-use campus. The position owns mechanical, troubleshooting, maintenance, renovation, and reliability projects for a variety of systems. The position will collaborate on developing and managing the annual expense and capital budgets for the Facilities organization, oversee campus infrastructure (power, cooling, mechanical) equipment, HVAC, testing labs, and pilot plant systems.

What you will do
- Collaboratively manages the annual capital budget, capital planning process, and 5-year strategic plan.
- Collaborates with the Facilities team to build and deliver on a Facilities expense budget ($15M+).
- Serves as Technical resource to CBRE maintenance team.
- Oversight responsibility for development, implementation, and direction of Energy utilization and conservation policies / practices for the Main Campus, including new and renovated spaces.
- Works with appropriate parties to manage the Campus Demand Response program requirements.
- Owns and drives improvement in energy measurement data for monthly (or on-demand) Campus benchmarking and reporting.
