Job Summary

The Senior Director of Strategic Finance will lead the strategic financial planning and analysis function, driving insights that inform decision-making at the executive level. This role requires a visionary leader who can align financial strategies with business objectives, enhance operational efficiency, and provide actionable insights to drive growth.  This individual would own the Long-Range Plan for Papa Johns in addition to leading the financial planning for our Technology and Capital Expenses.

Duties & Responsibilities (other duties as assigned)

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement financial strategies that support the company’s long-term goals and objectives.
• Financial Planning & Analysis: Participate in the budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic priorities.
• Data-Driven Insights: Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations that enhance business performance.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with senior leadership across departments to ensure financial alignment with operational goals.
• Investment Analysis: Evaluate potential investment opportunities and lead due diligence processes for mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks through effective planning and analysis.
• Team Development: Mentor and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Reporting: Present financial results and strategic recommendations to the executive team and board of directors.
