A Day in the Life

A Day in the Life:

• Provide Contracting Support: Support the Coronary and Renal Denervation (CRDN) Operating Unit by managing and coordinating all aspects of contracting processes.
• Coordinate Physician Engagement: Oversee the physician engagement process, including assessing appropriate fair market value, analyzing current contracts, and submitting compliance Engagement Request Forms.
• Legal Collaboration: Partner with the legal department to create Master Service Agreements, Work Orders, Honoraria Letters, and address other contractual needs.
• Contract Accuracy and Communication: Ensure the accuracy and completeness of draft contracts, maintaining professional communication with all stakeholders throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Contract Management: Manage, track, and execute contracts, ensuring proper documentation for both internal and external customers.
• Information Processing: Receive and process requests for information, assistance, and approvals from internal clients in a timely and efficient manner.
• Financial Transactions: Prepare and process faculty payments and reimbursements, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
• Effective Communication: Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills when interacting with customers, leadership, and colleagues to facilitate clear and effective information exchange.
• Compliance Adherence: Collaborate with the compliance department to ensure all local and regional policies are followed, maintaining adherence to external regulations and internal policies.

Must Have:

High School Diploma or equivalent with 6+ years of experience in Contracts or Pricing (OR Associate's Degree with 4+ years experience OR Baccalaureate Degree with 2+ years experience).

Nice to Have:

Previous work with healthcare professionals and medical device marketing teams.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$81,600.00 - $122,400.00

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).

The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
