A Day in the Life
A Day in the Life:
- Provide Contracting Support: Support the Coronary and Renal Denervation (CRDN) Operating Unit by managing and coordinating all aspects of contracting processes.
- Coordinate Physician Engagement: Oversee the physician engagement process, including assessing appropriate fair market value, analyzing current contracts, and submitting compliance Engagement Request Forms.
- Legal Collaboration: Partner with the legal department to create Master Service Agreements, Work Orders, Honoraria Letters, and address other contractual needs.
- Contract Accuracy and Communication: Ensure the accuracy and completeness of draft contracts, maintaining professional communication with all stakeholders throughout the contract lifecycle.
- Contract Management: Manage, track, and execute contracts, ensuring proper documentation for both internal and external customers.
- Information Processing: Receive and process requests for information, assistance, and approvals from internal clients in a timely and efficient manner.
- Financial Transactions: Prepare and process faculty payments and reimbursements, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
- Effective Communication: Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills when interacting with customers, leadership, and colleagues to facilitate clear and effective information exchange.
- Compliance Adherence: Collaborate with the compliance department to ensure all local and regional policies are followed, maintaining adherence to external regulations and internal policies.
Must Have:
High School Diploma or equivalent with 6+ years of experience in Contracts or Pricing (OR Associate's Degree with 4+ years experience OR Baccalaureate Degree with 2+ years experience).
Nice to Have:
Previous work with healthcare professionals and medical device marketing teams.
