Get to Know the Opportunity:

Currently seeking a Fund Accountant responsible for the daily position reconciliation and dividend processing of investment options offered in Voya Retirement products.

The Contributions You'll Make:

• Support the daily reconciliation of share positions between Voya and investment managers for over 8k investment options.

• Ensure accuracy of dividend accruals, validating ordinary income rates and accumulated dividend income between Voya and investment managers.

• Work closely with investment managers to obtain and setup anticipated dividend payment dates within Voya’s pricing system.

• Collaborate with business partners and participate in Voya strategic projects / system enhancements that impact the department; assist in the preparation of detailed requirements, support of testing efforts, and the validation of production implementation.

• Assist with the handling of periodic fund adds, client project, and fund events (i.e., mergers, liquidations, etc.)

• Provide ad hoc support to other Voya business units.

• Effectively interact and communicate with Voya Investments, Product, and IT groups, as well as external business partners on a wide range of pricing, trading, or fund related issues.

• Other responsibilities as needed.

 
Minimum Knowledge & Experience:

• BS degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred

• 3-5 years Accounting / financial work experience background

• Ability to manage multiple priorities 

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Excel, Access, Word)

• Ability to meet SLAs / deadlines; effective time management

Compensation Pay Disclosure:

Voya is committed to pay that’s fair and equitable, which means comparable pay for comparable roles and responsibilities.

The below annual base salary range reflects the expected hiring range(s) for this position in the location(s) listed. In addition to base salary, Voya offers incentive opportunities (i.e., annual cash incentives, sales incentives, and/or long-term incentives) based on the role to reward the achievement of annual performance objectives. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Voya Financial is willing to pay at the time of this posting.

Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted salary range based upon the candidate’s geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
