Job Description

The main purpose of this job is senior technical expert responsibility for design and implementation of an assigned technology.

ABOUT THE PROJECT

The Enterprise Architecture project deals with an integrated view of Business-IT and Infrastructure within the T-Systems International (TSI).

One part of that is the sub-project of Business Architecture, which is responsible for clarifying and completing the business models of the TSI. In addition to mapping the current portfolios to the business models, differences and similarities are worked out from various perspectives. These are documented on different levels and suitably modelled.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

• Revision of the current operational value streams (OVS) as well as the development of the supporting value streams such as HR and Finance (SVS).
• Communication of the architectural work in the company as well as documentation and linking with the other artifacts of the enterprise architecture in the LeanIX tool called Telekom Enterprise Architecture Management - T.EAM.
• Advising and supporting other areas of T-Systems in the application of value streams as well as using feedback for continuous improvement in the Business Architecture team.
• Continual introduction of Lean IT Portfolio Management

Qualifications

YOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU HAVE / ARE:

• In-depth knowledge of creating business models and business capabilities
• Outside perspective of the IT market for an IT provider
  • Knowledge of T-Systems portfolio and business models is advantage
  • Knowledge of T-Systems business process architecture is advantage
• Very good knowledge of the process frameworks of APQC and TOGAF
• Extensive experience with LeanIX
• Knowledge of TM Forum standards
• Experience as a SAFe Consultant is advantage
• Experience in dealing with senior management
• Self-driven and motivated to line up and achieve goals
• Collaborative and see obstacles on the road as challenges

Salary

Final salary is negotiable.

We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will vary and will not be lower than 3 100 € /brutto.
